Funny I had a similar experience with SP4. After reading about it in Tsui’s 1977 study I used it on a patient who appeared to be suffering uterine hyperstimulation (actually this ‘tachysystole’ was just a side effect of cytotec, just when it was starting to be used and the docs didn’t know the contractions were fast but small and no big deal). The contractions didn’t just slow down, they stopped dead for several hours.
