Hi Ethel. Thanks for sharing these graphic pictures of Lou collateral pathology. We had a great discussion in the first office hours about your case. I got to thinking of how marginalized populations (people of color, immigrants, undocumented) as well as those with established socialized roles (women are caregivers for ill family members often coupled with working full-time) may also have Lou pathology given the need to persevere with ongoing daily trauma amidst socialized expectations and minimal resources.
