It’s a beautiful thing that you do this. You may want to look at the website: “It takes a village”. That is a local to Western Massachusetts organization that supports new parents and families. I do use moxa but I also recommend the use of a hairdryer. Because some families are not comfortable having the smell of marks or smoke around the baby. I do home visits but I charge for them. I have been doing this for 30 years. Sometimes it is a present for a patient who has come in with fertility issues and who have seen through fertility and pregnancy into postpartum. But now I charge. Because doing a home visit and travel time realistically is a good three hours. I am also a certified lactation counselor and birth educator. As well as birth Doula and end-of-life Doula.
