Oh Susan – The poor woman – I can only imagine the shock and pain with a such a large haematoma – it sounds as if it is vaginal- but causing pressure through to the rectum and causing urinary retention ?

Certainly have never heard of this and hopefully it will not become a common presentation!

I have always like CV 3 to assist the bladder function – deep enough to cause a strong achy sensation – and that ST 13 to assist the uplift of the pelvic floor – and you can leave press needles or ear seeds in ST 13

But I am sure what ever you are doing is super helpful when she is just being told to wait and see
