Thank you Sarah and Brodie for your responses. I’m starting to see some correlation between cesarean and / or fertility patients experiencing this challenge with milk production. Definitely need to speak and address this earlier on in their pregnancy to prepare for postpartum: Supporting qi,blood, and possibly any underlying ki qi deficiencies.
