Yes, Liz, so so important that we keep reminding one another that we are actually headed in a positive direction, no matter how bad it can look and feel. Gebser wrote about this phenomenon in ‘The Ever-Present Origin,’ claiming that every time consciousness has mutated in the history of humankind, it has been accompanied by a regressive longing by some to return to an old way of being. I think that is what we are seeing in the world now … a regressive longing back to inefficient ways of expressing the Magical, Mythical, and Mental consciousness structures.
