Cara – it’s remarkable to gaze upon your photo, to see the smiles on your, Ryan’s, and your two sons’ faces and the shen in your eyes. That photo conveys so much. What are your sons’ names?
I love your goal for this new year! And I imagine so much more will spring forth from a sincere commitment to that goal. As someone who has held back in life in response to my own perfectionism, I have a lot of empathy for working with these parts of ourselves. You will discover that Lorie and I are going to consciously make a lot of space and extend permission throughout the program for all of us to fail … and to be kind to ourselves if/when we do!
