    Thank you for your concern, Benjamin. This has been the most mild and physically insignificant illness I’ve ever had. Outside of dry sinuses, it resolved within 5 days. I started to use the black spruce oil again on Friday, 2 days after the low-grade fever stopped and that seems to be ok.

    I look forward to learning more about how to use the EOs medicinally.
