Alana – thanks so much for getting us all started here on the Prima Materia forum. I resonate with what you’ve identified and named. Often, I have this interior dialogue with myself about just doing the next thing in front of me. I have the energy for that, and then there is always the next thing after that. And I’m learning how to better listen for when the energy is NOT there for the next thing. Then its time to rest!
I look forward to witnessing how you continue to work with this fear.
Can you also do me a favor and put your name in the heading of this post … like ‘Alana’s Prima Materia’ … that way, as they accumulate we’ll easily be able to distinguish one person’s post from another.
