    Sarah – I don’t believe that the Star of Bethlehem flower is a narcissus, but it’s lovely all the same! The flower essence Lorie mentioned you can pick up at at health food store that sells Bach Flower Essences (and most do). Take it 4-5 times/day, 4 drops under the tongue.
