I wonder who or what experiences (developmental / ancestral / cultural) have blocked you from fully receiving the permission to shine. I wonder what is needed to defuse / release these blockages.
I wonder what old skins, outmoded attitudes and bygone beliefs need to be sacrificed to the condors. As I sit with this wondering, I feel the emergence of a ritual to honor what safety these skins, attitudes and beliefs have provided and then, to release them to the birds of transformation.
