So fun! The Death card in Tarot is ruled by Scorpio – no surprise there. I like your line of thought about how the awareness of mortality is maybe what gives Sagittarius it’s spark. And to extend that to Tarot – the mini-Deaths we experience as we shed skin, experience endings and rebirth ourselves in the process of evolution move us into closer relationship with our Divine spark/Shen as expressed in Temperance.
