In my experience, the transformation of our Prima Materia always takes awhile. If you reflect that these patterns have likely been put in place over lifetimes, it would follow that they do not change overnight. The important piece is that we bring conscious awareness to where we want to grow, and that we begin to recognize the inherent gold in a particular piece of lead. That act alone begins the transformation.
