Nicole, I am taking in your prima materia and get that what you have posted is the “bare bones” of deep work you have already been engaged in for some time. Yet, I also get that this prima materia is still a central focus as you grow and transform personally and professionally. I appreciate how you are already able to articulate the unfolding of this process as the transformation of the lead – self-criticism / self-judgment – into the gold of inter-connectedness, community and belonging.
