You bring up a really important consideration, Anita. To step into the fullness of our voices means we must be prepared for both the reception of what we have to say, but also for the risk that some may not like what we have to say. And so, there is the need to cultivate and establish a center in ourselves that can hold no matter what the reaction, whether positive or negative. And sometimes even a positive receptivity to our voice can be intense to let in!
