I appreciate your naming them … I’ve known in myself and witnessed in so many others how these voices rear their heads whenever we risk the vulnerability of showing ourselves. I can feel the tenderness in the work you are describing. I hope you will continue to be gentle with yourself, with all the parts that are showing up, as you carry on mothering yourself with the support of the Barnacle essence.
