Hung – I appreciate knowing that the small lab group is proving to be a “safe and intentional space” that is allowing more trust.
And it occurs to me in reading your response to Lorie that approaching our inner work with the desire to “discover where I’m coming from rather than where I’m getting” sounds like a prescription to each of us for a more sane and compassionate attitude toward ourselves. Thanks for sharing that insight.
