    Hi Marie

    What I have seen here in the past 5 years is they tend not to do surgery for the 3cm endometrioma on left ovary. The concern is they will remove some follicles or damage them on the left ovary when they take it out. So wanting to not lose any eggs they try not to do surgery. If not TTC then they would do surgery.
