This topic is likely to have multiple opinions and they will change as time passes and more data is collected.

I think this is more based on what he thinks based on biology and physiology and not necessarily on data and evidence.

Again, this is likely a moving target and patients will need to gather info and make their decisions. As this could be a case of “dammed if you do and dammed if you don’t”
