I strongly encourage moxa on the scar during pregnancy!!! As to the other aspects of scar therapy per se — bodywork and needling to break up adhesions — probably better to wait. But I would for sure do more gentle manual and needling work to encourage flow through the area. Other folks’ thoughts?
