The endometrioma in and of itself is not an issue in terms of the FET. However, an endometrioma makes the likelihood of endometriosis very high. In my opinion, it would be highly indicated to do an endometrial biopsy, ideally an EFT, or at a minimum, ERA + Receptiva before proceeding. The presence of endometriosis can absolutely ruin an FET.
