YES Raisa, the silicone Haakka trick where you put Epsom salts + warm watering the pump and suction the silicone pump over the nipple/effected breast and it draws out the blockage amazingly. I use moxa on all my mastitis/blocked duct patients over the red/sore area and it works incredibly, and if done quickly it can prevent mastitis.
