I think this type of data collection is so important, especially if you can write up a report ! In the 2020 MAMPS cohort, Debra had created a very comprehensive spreadsheet for data collection on pregnant patients. You might email her to see if she can send it to you or ask her to reshare it with the group? I think this is a great idea.
