I just had a patient tell me that her OB said she will not do anything to check for endo because pain during ovulation just lets her know she ovulated. This women has been trying for 2 years has still not got into the fertility clinic here in NL after being on the waitlist for almost a year now, her FSH was high after when she said she ovulated already, she has painful periods off and on all year, her cycle can go down to 17 days and she had painful periods when younger. They are going to do more blood work now instead of anything else.
