Yes, excision is the gold standard, but it’s possible no one in your area performs the procedure. If she already has healthy embryos, she really should have an ERA or Receptiva test (both endometrial biopsies) to make sure that there is no endometriosis or other inflammation in the lining. Has she had any of those tests?
