Biography

Born in bred in Baltimore, I began practicing Reiki here in 2002 and earned my M.Ac in 2007 from the Tai Sophia Institute (now MUIH). I served as a birth doula for a decade as well. I use Reiki, acupuncture, essential oils, Tarot and other tools to create an integrative Soul healing experience. My treatments are informed by the wisdom of Chinese Medicine and Five Element Theory as well as the cultivated strength of my own intuition.  I love treating from a Soul evolutionary perspective, addressing mental health and trauma, and I also enjoy working with fertility, pregnancy and women’s health at all stages.  When not treating you can find me with my son and daughter (8 and 6 years) and my woodworker/artist partner.  I enjoy reading, hiking, meditation and spiritual practice, dancing and live music.
