Thank you for the chart! Waukegan has a population of around 87,000 so I guess it depends on your definition of a small town. As a comparison my husband is from Ricketts, IA with a population of 120.

Yup, you have the spelling right. Waukegan is about an hour north of Chicago, IL and an hour south of Milwaukee, WI if that helps at all. Kenosha, WI is about 20 miles north of Waukegan but they are about the same size.

Benjamin – Thank you for your thoughtful response. For me the feeling of responsibility is more about outcome than redemption . If something does not go as planned then I blame myself for not working hard enough or foreseeing what was needed in the situation. For example I will blame myself for my parents’ poor communication because I have not worked hard enough to connect with them. I tend to over-personalize.
I have not worked with flower essences but I have used herbal medicine extensively. From the reading I have done for this course it seems these two modalities work on different levels. I purchased Centaury but have not started using it.
