Marisa – I appreciate the topic and talked with my secretary about this as well. We both think a patient centered approach is powerful – meaning get reviews from the happy patients – the patient referrals and reviews are literally the number one reason people book with me. Text them a link to your google review page and make it easy for them. I actually ask them myself when they are expressing gratitude for my work and they are always happy to do it. I tell them the people need to know. :). Also send cards with them to give directly to their doctors to let them know how acupuncture has helped. and a last side note and maybe most important is during these times for me when I remember not to get into the fear and do more meditating and really diving into what you want – how you want your practice to look – that kind of stuff. I know you know this though :). I’ve seen your social media and you are on point completely! You are completely unique to the place where you work – find your thing within that.
I totally get it – I have been through dozens of these ebbs and flows in the past years – Not sure if that was helpful at all but I am happy to chat as well any time if I can help in any way!

Hi Laura! I am looking forward to learning from you! I have been practicing for over 20 years (shheesh) and am just up the way from you in Camarillo, Ca. The bulk of my patients are fertility and I am always up for learning more, just needed the structure of this program to get myself to stop and do it. I had the honor of knowing Ray Rubio as well and the last conversation we had he told me it will never be the right time to take the ABORM exam. 😅 I did not even know of your connection with him and couldn’t be more thrilled you are passing on his knowledge as well as your own. Excited to meet you on Sunday!

Yea! I am happy to hear it helped! Like you said beautifully ‘contraction” always happens before expansion. It’s the law of the universe. I look forward to watching your practice grow!
