I feel a bit lost in terms of where to access the resources. (forgive my ignorance)

For example, I don’t know where to find the Liver Gummies line (as described in Claudia’s lecture), or what’s the name of Claudia’s book, or Kate’s website (what’s the url?) Is there a place/folder in this website, where all the resources around the Labor Prep topic can be accessed?

Thank you for answering my question too, Claudia, about my own labor. The bony obstruction idea is interesting because I was the first-borned for my mother, and she pushed without progress too. So I was a c-section birth. I often wondered if this had a genetic component to it.
