    hello Benjamin–

I’ve tried to find the article about how to make a flower essence and still cannot locate it. I’ve looked here, there and everywhere. The link you shared above leads me in “circles” on the New Possibility site and searches there also lead me in circles. Can you possibly email me the article? Or is there a direct link… Thank you!!

    Hello Liz–

Thank you so much for sharing your heart. I can relate to many of the things you brought up here and I am grateful to you for inviting others like me to come out of the shadows. I think it’s safe to assume that many practitioners feel similarly around having access to so much sacred knowledge and yet “still” weaving in and out of the complexities of the human experience, stumbling along just the same. What resonates with me deeply is this idea that we impose upon ourselves that we should “have it all figured out,” and truthfully, we do, which makes it even more confusing and painful when we stumble anyway. I’ll speak for myself….

I intermittently experience dark descents into the unknowable mystery where I question EVERYTHING and nearly drown in the waves of “lifeness,” I have cycles where I am lost and overwhelmed and scared and can’t seem to “right myself” again on my center axis. And, I also have periods of bliss where I am one with universe and everything falls into perfect order and I am experiencing a deep divine blossoming, During these phases I can feel the benevolence of the whole universe, seen and unseen.

In short, I experience both deep peace and sheer terror. In my mind “having it all figured out” is synonymous with never faltering, never questioning, always feeling safe and loved and connected with everlasting benevolence. How can I struggle when I already “have” the answers to my questions. And yet…. I do. I can’t know the why of these cycles but I have a hunch that it has something to do with the fact that we can’t escape death, and neither can we escape the fullness of life. As we all know, we can certainly try, but life always finds a way.

I’m sure you’ve seen this by now, but I LOVE this. How perfect:

Albizia Flower, also known as Mimosa flower, is used as a primary treatment for stress and anxiety in traditional Chinese medicine. It is known as the tree of Happiness, helping to bring joy and love into the heart, to calm the mind, ease anxiety, lift depression, and help one to live more centered in the heart.

Thanks again for your healing wisdom.

    Love, Sarah

I love this discussion, and also that Healing Seeds Farm has its own thread! I look forward to gathering there as a group someday. The farm is a gift to this planet. Would be wonderful to have the energy of this group assisting in bringing forth the healing vision of Healing Seeds 🦋

I’ve just read your description of your experience again Joanne, and like others, really appreciate you sharing in such a beautiful way. And I LOVE seeing the Moana love. That movie has been a powerful allegory for me and that scene stands out to me as one of the most powerful in any movie- let alone a children’s animated film.

Anyway, I’m SLOWLY starting to figure out this forum and read some of these messages so I wanted to reply a quick YES!! Thank you all for your illuminating responses …
