Liz,
I support you in your practice over time.
My friend a somatic therapist, said to me in recent years…
Man your ship
Man your territory
Be fully in yourself
Fill your self with you
I thought those words might help you as well.

Thanks for sharing your process.

Hi Kelli,
I just reread your story.
Do you want more clients? I see people from all over the Bay, and may be able to refer some people your way.

Thanks Liz.
This week has gone really well. My little girl( maybe younger) came one morning to me before I got out of bed. She hugged my legs. So I held her. This week she has become forefront in my mind. One morning I was rushing and she surfaced. I promised I would spend time later that afternoon with her. Which I did. She let me hold her and when the tears came, I tried to adult splain why. Ultimately, I let her know that I was her. And that I will be there anytime she needs me. And I also mentioned that I am doing fine here in the future.
Somehow the toddler morphed into a child and I lost my way. The little girl told me to find the photos. So I’ve dug up a few and will work with them and her next time.

Hi Lorie,
I have looked around for instructions regarding the star of Bethlehem. On the slides I found a generalized prescription for another flower remedy.
Is this what you were referring to?
Many Thanks.

Hi Lorie,
Thanks for your sweet response.
Is that narcissus? I love all flowers.
Yes, this will be my lead, nothing is more important.
Thanks again for creating a safe container for my little and big girl.

Hi Kelli,
Yes, you are very perceptive. The history of massage helped me greatly, as did acupuncture, movement, chiropractic, etc. And it gives me confidence with my clients, that they too will move out of difficult places. I went to McKinnon Institute both times. I’m sold on the McKinnon touch. I learned shiatsu, then zen shiatsu. Thai, acupressure, and Tui na. I had a lot of fun over there.
Yes, I know Marilyn! I was very fortunate to work beside many amazing firefighters, but the women did and do have a special place in my heart. Yes, that is where I did my training, at the tower next to station 7.
I hope we get to interact in some of the group breakouts. Thanks for responding to my story, that is very sweet of you.
Night.
